The Labour Code requires employers to conduct periodic general inspection of manual lifting devices. In the event of failure to comply with these controls, the employer is exposed to risks of bodily injury and property damage, financial penalties, and judicial and criminal proceedings up to 5 years in prison and a 75,000 euros fine.
At Traction Levage, to ensure the safety of workers and compliance with the Labour Code, we carry out:
- Periodic general inspection of your manual lifting devices in the workshop or directly on site
- Maintenance and repairs are carried out according to manufacturers' recommendations
- A regulatory return to service is carried out for all repairs with test bench
