Our sector, historically very male-dominated, is progressing towards greater diversity. Our professions are equally performed by women and men. At Traction Levage, we strive to integrate and develop all our employees under the best conditions.

For the year 2024, the results obtained for the various indicators of the professional equality index between women and men are as follows:

  • Pay gap between women and men: Not calculable.
  • Gap in individual raise rates: 35 points out of 35.
  • Percentage of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: Not calculable.
