SECURITY ALERT: Identity Theft and Bank Detail Fraud

Traction Levage urges its customers and partners to exercise the utmost caution following recent email fraud attempts.

We have been informed that malicious individuals are currently impersonating Traction Levage. These fraudsters are sending fake emails—sometimes using addresses very similar to our own—to inform you of an alleged change in our bank details.

Here is an example of a fraudulent email received:



Operating Method: These emails may use our corporate branding and the names of your usual contacts to appear credible.

Security Reminder: The Verification Callback

The security of our transactions is a top priority. We remind you that, according to our procedures, any change to bank details must be confirmed via a verification callback.

In case of doubt or if you receive such a request: Do not modify any information in your system without first contacting us through a verified channel.

What to do if you receive a suspicious email?

  • Do not reply to the email.

  • Do not click on any links and do not open any attachments.

  • Inform us immediately by contacting your local branch or your usual point of contact.
